This looks like a great idea for a busy weekday night! I’m always scrambling to make desserts. My family likes to have dessert every night and, because I love to experiment, I make tiny batches of everything. Fun, because I get to try out many recipes. Terrible, because I have to make something new pretty much every day! So, when I get back from work so tired that I don’t want to spend too much time in the kitchen, I’ll try this
